Cloud Gate invited to join Sadler’s Well’s Global Gala event, streaming on December 5

After an exceptional pandemic year, Sadler’s Wells will host a very special one-off event, Global Gala, to bring together talented artists and ambassadors from around the world in a varied program that celebrates the beauty and joy of dance. A short tailor-made dance piece choreographed by CHENG Tsung-lung, Cloud Gate’s  Artistic Director, and performed by dancer HUANG Li-chieh will be presented in the event's important program “Around the World,” curated by Breakin’ Convention’s artistic director Jonzi D.

Taking place on Saturday 5 December at 7:30 pm GMT, Global Gala will also feature bespoke performances and artists’ messages, including Sylvie Guillem, Akram Khan, and William Forsythe.
