Discover ZZAJ-The Spectacle, a theater and music show celebrating the art of failure through a burlesque journey through the history of Jazz ; with trumpet, drums, guitar, singing… and looping !
In a rundown, outdated radio studio from the 1960s, two hosts are getting ready to present their radio music show : "Journey to the Land of... ".
Today, Jazz music takes center stage. But their boss has a nasty surprise for them: the audience is live for the recording, and they will decide whether the show continues or not.
The two hosts will do everything they can to save their show, their life’s work, and overcome all the obstacles, from their own clumsiness and short circuits, they tell us the story of jazz, from blues to be-bop, and through funk.

The Duo des Cimes is made up of two friends, Matthias Lauriot Prévost and Augustin Ledieu.
After each having pursued very different musical studies (business for one, philosophy for the other), they found themselves on the benches of the same Jazz school in Paris, IMEP.
In 2018, these two multi-instrumentalist arrangers (guitar, vocals, drums, trumpet) created the Duo des Cimes. Through research and encounters, they discovered clowning thanks to director Sandrine Righeschi. The incredible depth of the clownish failure led them to create the three-person musical burlesque show: ZZAJ, À ceux qui se ratent...
Actor, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and writer
Drawn from an early age to placing his fingers on a wide variety of instruments, Matthias Lauriot Prévost began his classical music training at a small music school in the suburbs of Avignon. After earning his high school diploma and graduating from a business school in Lyon in 2012, he moved to Paris to focus his musical studies on jazz at IMEP. As a guitarist, arranger, and versatile composer, he took part in the creation of various instrumental ensembles before co-founding Duo des Cimes with Augustin Ledieu in 2018.
Actor, singer, arranger, and writer
After four years of studying to become a priest, Augustin dove into jazz at the age of 22, in 2012, receiving training in voice, composition, and arrangement at IMEP. At the same time, he pursued five years of dance training with Jann Gallois and classical tragedy with Raphaëlle Minnaert.
In 2015, he joined the company Trombinoz’notes (musical performances for young audiences) as a pianist-singer. He later became part of the vocal jazz group Voice Messengers in 2016, followed by the soul a cappella group Opus Jam in 2017.
In 2018, upon completing his studies, he co-created with Matthias Lauriot Prévost a humorous musical lecture on the history of jazz, performed as a guitar/voice duo — a project that gradually developed into: ZZAJ.
